In September 2008, five PMFians sat the Quranic teacher test by way of the Qiraati format conducted by Mujahidin Mosque in collaboration with the Raudhatul Mujawwidin from Malaysia and the Singapore Islamic Council, MUIS. 

Out of the five who took the test, four succeeded in obtaining the certificate of competency which allow them to teach Quran in the Qiraati format.
